Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Carna Nutrition. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International delivery times vary and are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Carna Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or events outside our control.

Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, etc. to fulfill your orders. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on your location and order details.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at nick@carnanutrition.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Carna Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at nick@carnanutrition.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
